We are the only true GPP (general physical preparedness) training facility in the area with a program that focuses on tempo strength work, breath work and workouts that build an absurd level of fitness. We have a team of coaches invested in delivering world class experiences and a community of positive influence to help you stay accountable to your goals.
3 days a week. If you're like the majority of our members, then you probably have a busy life away from the gym that doesn't allow you to train all day, every day. Our members are able to accomplish their goals and maintain a desirable level of health, fitness and wellness by training at our 60 minute group classes, 3 days a week.
We have reverse osmosis, filtered water available to our members so long you bring a water bottle! Other drinks and retail items are available for purchase.
No. This is a common misconception in starting with us. Our fitness program is what will help you become fit. No matter where your current fitness level is at today, we have the fitness program that is right for you! Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed to be universally scalable and our coaches are experts when it comes to individualizing your workout experience. So, regardless of your current fitness level or your training experience, you'll be in good hands here at BGYM.

Our program's movement index is built around what we call "functional movement patterns". On a daily you squat, you pick things up off the ground, you press things overhead, you work quickly and at times are required to have the cardiovascular endurance to go long distances. These are all things we train on a regular here at BGYM and most importantly, these movements are doable for you!
Everything in moderation, right!? Depending on your goals in starting with us, we will guide you on what nutritional approach will be most effective in helping you attain those goals. No one person is the same, so we believe that their nutritional approach/plan should be follow suit.
