We start all of our incoming members off with personal training because whether the goal is our group fitness classes or long lasting lifestyle change, this approach has proven to be the safest and most effective way towards helping you with the goals you have.

Our gym is located off of FM 529 Rd, just west of Barker Cypress within the gated facility. Just look for the gorgeous BGYM sign at the gated entrance!
